WIP Wednesday:
Finish or Frog It
A helpful, low-pressure body-doubling event for crocheters (or ADHDers) who are tired of staring at their pile of half-finished projects.
You know that pile of WIPs you keep moving from place to place instead of finishing?
Yeah. This is for that.
WIP Wednesday is a virtual body-doubling event where we stop pretending we’ll “get to it someday” and actually decide what’s worth finishing and what needs to be frogged - then we work on it together.
No pressure. No shame. No perfection.
Just showing up and working on (or frogging) your wips.
What we’ll do
Decide which WIPs are worth finishing and which ones need to be let go (RIP)
Work together during the live body-doubling session
Finish small things, make progress on larger projects, or finally frog the stuff you know you’ll never get around to finishing
Clear physical (and mental) space for new projects
Make a dent in those holiday gifts
You do not need to finish anything.
You just need to stop avoiding it.
Who this is for
Crocheters with too many WIPs
ADHD brains who struggle to do those final steps of projects
People who just need someone else there with them so they actually do the thing
Who this is not for
People looking for a structured class
People who want detailed instructions or critiques
People who think frogging is a personal failure
How it works
One live Zoom session
Cameras optional
Talking optional
Work on whatever you’ve been avoiding
Working silently is encouraged, but we’ll yap during breaks
Dates and details are currently TBD, but if this sounds like something you’re even remotely interested in, then sign up for the waitlist. You’ll be the first to hear updates about the event.
What else can you do?
Work on whatever you’ve been putting off - crochet or not!
Sew in ends
Organize your yarn stash
Declutter the yarn hoard
Wash the dishes
Put laundry away
Make that appointment
Transfer your 401k
…literally whatever you’ve been avoiding
